How MyZone Works
The MyZone Color-Zone System is designed to provide real-time feedback on your workout intensity, making it easy to track effort and optimize performance as well as track calories burned. Each zone corresponds to a percentage of your maximum heart rate (% MHR), helping you train smarter, not just harder.
⚪ Gray Zone (50-59% MHR): Very light activity, ideal for warm-ups, cooldowns, or active recovery.
🔵 Blue Zone (60-69% MHR): Light to moderate effort, great for low-intensity cardio and endurance training.
🟢 Green Zone (70-79% MHR): Moderate intensity, where you start building stamina and improving cardiovascular fitness.
🟡 Yellow Zone (80-89% MHR): High-intensity training, pushing your aerobic capacity and increasing calorie burn.
🔴 Red Zone (90-100% MHR): Maximum effort, used for peak performance, sprinting, and high-intensity intervals.
