A 45 minute high intensity interval class that includes Tabatas (20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest) AMRAPS (As many rounds as possible), and other cardio and strength intervals. This class is a challenging, high intensity aerobic workout featuring different levels or choreography. The instructor will introduce a base level of choreography and participants can either stay at that more basic level or they can move on to more advanced moves. This is one of the only step classes around and is a load of fun!

This class combines a traditional Barre class for muscle endurance and length with cardio intervals to increase your aerobic fitness. This class uses lights weights and many reps to increase Muscle endurance, heavier weights for strength. Grab a chair from the front desk and set up your station.
